We want you to love what you purchase from Helcasio®.  We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. 

Returns & Exchanges Policies

Complete your returns in a few quick steps:

  1. To start, please go to https://returns.helcasio.com. Select the items you're looking to return or exchange and fill out the necessary details.
  2. Use the return shipping label shipped with your order. If you choose to use our shipping label, this fee will be deducted from your refund price.  You can also use your own shipping method to return your items at your own cost.
  3. Environmentally conscious: Ship the items back using the shipping bag your items were delivered.  

Original shipping/processing charges are not refundable.

  • Items returned within 21 days of shipping are eligible for either a merchandise credit or a refund.
  • All items eligible for return will be processed as a refund to the original form of payment.
  • eCards, Cash Purchases, and items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • To ensure that you are eligible for a refund, all products must be in original resalable condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags still attached. Items are not eligible for return if they are damaged, fragranced, washed or worn, contain stains, makeup markings or any other damage that will prevent the sale of the item at its full retail price.
  • Baby hats, scrub hats, masks, mask cases and embroidered items are not eligible for return.
  • If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please review the “Returning a Damaged or Incorrect Item” section at the bottom of this page for instructions.

Returns

  • To return an item, please mail it back to us at the below address or by using your return shipping label included inside your order package. Be sure to include your packing slip.
  • Customers requesting a refund will be notified via email within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned items.
  • Please review the “Returns & Exchanges Policies” section at the top of this page before sending items back to us.

 

Returning a damaged or incorrect item

  • Our apologies! Though our goal is to get things right every time, mistakes do happen. For this reason, it is important to open and inspect your items as soon as you receive them.  Please notify us via email hello@helcasio.com within 10 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your items and our team will assist you in the return process for these items.  We cannot replace damaged or incorrect items outside of this time frame, or items that have been worn or laundered.  To ensure that you are eligible for a full refund, all products returned must be in the same condition in which it was received.
  • If an item is determined incorrect or damaged, we will issue a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost of returning the item to us, and if available a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge. Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days from receiving the returned item.
  • “Contact us” to indicate the reason you are returning the product.

 

Exchanging an item

Want to exchange it?  No problem! Just complete your return online https://returns.helcasio.com and at the end of the process we’ll offer you the ability to select your replacement items.  Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.  We'll send your exchange order once your return is received.

 Visit our email us at:  hello@helcasio.com with your order number, billing zip code to complete your exchange.  Please note, exchanges only apply to different size and/ or color in the same item only.  If you would like a different item instead, please complete the return.
